Orders & Execution

Delivery & Shipping

Deliveries occur Monday–Friday and are available in Greece, Cyprus, and internationally. Courier partners ensure safe delivery. Ownership transfers upon full payment; risk transfers at delivery.

Right of Withdrawal / Returns

Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 working days. Customers pay only return shipping unless due to company error. Personalized items cannot be returned.

Contact us by email (info@shaikko.com) with the subject “Withdrawal Request.” Refunds are issued within 30 days.

Greek law governs all contracts. Disputes fall under Greek courts. Consumers can also use the EU ODR Platform for online dispute resolution.
