1. Withdrawal / Return

You have the right to return all or part of your order within 14 days from the date of receipt, without stating a reason. You will only be charged for the direct return shipping cost. If your bank is not compatible with our suggested banks, transfer fees are borne by the customer.

To exercise this right, please complete and send the Return Form. Returned products must be in perfect condition, with intact packaging and all original labels. Include your purchase receipt with the Return Form. Returns are accepted via courier or at one of our stores after approval.

Refunds are processed within 5 working days after we receive the returned items. If the return is due to our error (Shaikko By Haris Ragavis), we will cover courier costs. For customer-initiated returns, shipping costs apply to the customer.

1.2 Replacement / Exchange

We provide replacements for defective items. Customers may:

  1. Return the product via courier and place a new order (customer bears cost), or
  2. Exchange it in any of our stores in Greece after contacting us (free of charge).

If the return is due to our error, we cover the return cost and issue a full refund or bank deposit as requested.

1.3 Return Guide

  1. Items must be in original packaging, perfect condition, with tags and receipt.
  2. Include the completed Return Form.
  3. Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.

1.4 Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled under the following conditions:

  1. If checkout is not completed, simply click “Back” in your browser.
  2. If checkout is complete, contact us to cancel provided your order hasn’t been processed.

Note: Orders cannot be canceled once processed.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of underwear, swimsuits, leggings, or other items affecting personal hygiene.

All returns undergo quality control. Defective items discovered will be reviewed, and we reserve the right to refuse non-compliant returns.

1.5 Defective Products

If a product has a defect or lacks agreed qualities, the buyer retains all legal rights under applicable sales and consumer protection laws.
